Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení, odměňování a motivaci zaměstnanců ve firmě, jedná se o organizaci SKYLIFT s.r.o., která se zaměřuje na montáž, opravy a servis výtahů. The main goal of this thesis was proposing provisions. The provisions lead to increase efficiency of using motivational tools, methods of evaluation and options of remuneration. The theoretical part focuses on problematic of evaluation, remuneration and motivation of employees and value of employee’s motivation for subject of business.
