Práce čtenáře informuje o problematice lobbingu. V úvodní teoretické části jsou představeny základy teorie lobbingu. Je pojednáno o historických souvislostech a vzniku termínu lobbingu. The work informs the reader about the issue of lobbying. In the introductory theoretical part, the basics of lobbying theory are presented. The historical context and the origin of the term lobbying are discussed. The legislation governing lobbying in the Czech Republic and abroad is compared.
