Okolnosti vylučující protiprávnost v právní úpravě České republiky

Circumstances precluding wrongfulness of conduct in the legislation of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce uvádí historii moderního trestního práva od období absolutismu, zabývá se však především okolnostmi vylučující protiprávnost činu uvedené v zákoně č. 40/2009 Sb. Trestního zákoníku, ilustrované o praktické příklady a případy s podrobnějším rozebráním oprávněného použití zbraně dle zákona o Policii ČR.
Abstract:
This thesis opens with brief history of modern criminal law since the 1800s, however its focus is mainly the circumstances precluding wrongfulness of conduct, as they are listed in the Article 40/2009 Criminal Law. Real life patterns and precedents to illustrate thelawfull use of firearms are introduced according to the Law of Police in the Czech Republic.
