Abstract:
V této práci jsem se zabýval problematikou motivačních faktorů k celoživotnímu učení dospělých. Nejprve jsem stručně definoval základní pojmy týkající se pojmu motivace, ve druhé části jsem už zamířil do života dospělých a jejich podmínek ve vzdělávacím procesu.
