Business plan for establishing an online store with custom printing

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro nový e-shop, který funguje na obchodním modelu dropshipping a specializuje se na potisk produktů na zakázku pro český trh. Hlavním cílem této práce je vyhodnotit, zda je podnikatelský záměr realizovatelný a tím podpořit podnikatele v rozhodování o tom, zda by měl podnikatelský plán uskutečnit, nebo od něj upustit. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou nejprve objasněny klíčové pojmy e-commerce, dropshipping, print on demand a Shopify, které jsou zásadní pro pochopení a realizaci podnikatelského plánu. Dále jsou zde popsána teoretická východiska, která tvoří podnikatelský plán. Hlavním přínosem práce je část praktická, ve které je podnikatelský plán sestaven. Závěry práce naznačují, že plánovaný e-shop s potiskem na zakázku může být úspěšně realizován.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on creating a business plan for a new online store that uses a dropshipping model and specializes in custom printing for the Czech market. The main goal is to evaluate if the business idea is workable, helping the entrepreneur decide whether to go ahead with or drop the plan. The thesis has two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains important terms e-commerce, dropshipping, print on demand and Shopify, which are crucial for understanding and executing the business plan. The main contribution of the thesis is the practical part, where a business plan is made. The thesis concludes that the planned online store for custom printing could be successfully launched.
