Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním absolventů oboru provoz a ekonomika v dopravě, kteří se vyučili a odmaturovali na střední odborné škole Lískovecké ve Frýdku-Místku, na trhu práce a jejich názory na průběh vzdělávání s následnou formulací návrhu a doporučení pro management školy. Zajímá mě představa těchto absolventů před ukončením maturitního studia a poté jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Zda - li jejich uplatnění bylo v rámci studovaného oboru, či jiného. Počítám i s variantou dalšího studia či neuplatnění na trhu práce vůbec. Po vyhodnocení průzkumu se pokusím hledat vylepšení uplatnění studentů daného oboru této školy na trhu práce a také vylepšení managementu školy.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the graduates application from the field of operation and economics in transport, who attended and graduated from the secondary vocational school Lískovecké in Frýdek-Místek, in the labor market and their opinions on the course of education with the subsequent formulation of a proposal and recommendations for the school's management. I am interested in the idea of these graduates before their graduation and then afterwards their application on the labor market. Whether their application was within the studied field or another. I am also considering the option of further study or unsuccessful applying on the labor marked at all. After evaluating the research, I will try to look for improvements in the employment of students with the given field of this school in the labor market, as well as improvements in the management of the school.
