Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současným vývojem hypotečního úvěrování v České republice. Pozornost je věnována vývoji nově poskytnutých hypotečních úvěrů, u kterých analyzujeme vliv jednotlivých makroekonomických ukazatelů. Práce je složena ze tří hlavních částí. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the current development of the mortgage lending in the Czech Republic. The attention is paid to the development of newly provided mortgage loans where we analyse the impact of the individual macroeconomic indicators. The thesis consists of two main parts.
