Analysis of the causes of burnout and tools for its solution for workers in helping professions
Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza příčin vzniku syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků pomáhajících profesí ve vybraném zařízení. Sekundárním cílem je zjištění, jaké příležitosti ve vztahu ke vzniku a prevenci syndromu vyhoření pracovníkům nabízí supervize. Výstupem práce je návrh možných řešení, které mohou přispět k omezení a prevenci vzniku syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is the analysis of the causes of the emergence of burnout for workers helping professions in the selected device. The secondary aim is to identify what opportunities in relation to the occurrence and prevention of Burnout professionals offers supervision.
