Corporate education and the role of the lecture

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikovým vzděláváním a rolí lektora v něm, konkrétně rolí interního lektora. Cílem práce je ukázat jaké role může zastávat interní lektor v rámci podnikového vzdělávání. Teoretická část zasazuje podnikové vzdělávání do kontextu celoživotního učení a představuje rozvoj lidských zdrojů jehož je podnikové vzdělávání součástí. Dále se věnuje samotnému podnikovému vzdělávání, jeho úkolům, cílům, formám i metodám. Podrobně také popisuje systematické podnikové vzdělávání a všechny fáze jeho cyklu. Na závěr se věnuje osobě lektora, který vzdělávání realizuje a snaží se ukázat jaké role může v systému vzdělávání v podniku zastávat. Empirická část je věnovaná případové studii Organizace XY. Podrobně je zanalyzován její systém vzdělávání a popisuje, jaké činnosti a tedy i role v něm zastává interní lektor.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with corporate education and the role of the lecturer in it, specifically with the role of the internal lecturer. The aim of the thesis is to show what roles may hold internal lecturer in education organized by an oganization. The theoretical part of the thesis puts corporate education in the context of lifelong learning and describes the developement of human resources whose corporate education is a part of. This part also presents corporate education itself, its tasks, goals, forms and methods. It also describes in detail the systematic corporate education and all phases of its cycle. The last chapter delas with the person who is a lecturer who realizes education and tries to show what roles he can have in the corporate eduation system. The empirical part contains the case study of an Organisation XY. Its system of education is analyzed in detail and presents the activities of the internal lecturer and his roles he holds in the corporate education.
