Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá souvislostí pohybové aktivity dětí a rodičů během pandemie Covid-19. V teoretické části práce se zabývám pohybovou aktivitou dětí, faktory ovlivňující pohybovou aktivitu dětí ale také souvislostí mezi pohybovou aktivitou dětí a epidemií Covid-19. V rámci praktické části bylo měřeno malé množství rodinných dyád pomocí objektivních i sebehodnotících metod. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit souvislost mezi pohybovou aktivitou rodičů a pohybovou aktivitou dětí. Vedlejším cílem práce je definovat způsoby podpory pohybové aktivity během nouzového stavu zapříčiněným Covid-19.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the association between physical activity of children and parents during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the theoretical part of the work I discuss physical activity of children, factors influencing children´s physical activity but also the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic on physical activity of children. In the empirical part of the thesis, a small number of family dyads were assessed using objective and self-report methods. The main goal of this thesis was to examine the association between physical activity of parents and their children. A secondary goal of this work was to define ways to support physical activity during an emergency caused by Covid-19.
