Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o podnikovém vzdělávání a jeho efektech. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Práce si klade za cíl zmapovat vztah zaměstnanců ke vzdělávacím aktivitám ve firmě. Teoretická část předkládá základní pojmy a definice z oblasti lidských zdrojů a podnikového vzdělávání. Thesis is separated into theoretical and empiric part and main goal is analyze relationship of employees and education activities in a company.
