Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá prací s dětmi s poruchami chování v dětském domově se školou. Teoretická část se rozděluje do dvou kapitol a praktická část práce se věnuje zjišťování, zda práce vychovatelů dětského domova se školou ovlivňuje vybrané klienty v oblasti před profesní a profesní přípravy. Hlavním cílem mé práce je objasnit kontext práce vybraných vychovatelů konkrétního dětského domova se školou a jejich práci k před profesní a profesní přípravě konkrétních klientů tohoto zařízení. Dílčí cíle jsou rozděleny takto: D1: Popsat, jak sami vybraní vychovatelé domova chápou svou práci ve vztahu k před profesní a profesní přípravě dětí. D2: Popsat, jak vybraní klienti vnímají práci vybraných vychovatelů, která se pojí k jejich vlastní před profesní a profesní přípravě.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with working with children with behavioural problems in a children's home with a school. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters and the practical part of the work is devoted to determining whether the work of children's home tutors with the school affects selected clients in the area before professional and professional training. The main aim of my work is to clarify the context of the work of selected educators of a particular children's home with the school and their work before the professional and professional training of specific clients of this facility. The sub-objectives are divided as follows: D1: Describe how the chosen caregivers of the home themselves understand their work in relation to the pre-career and professional training of the children. D2: Describe how selected clients perceive the work of selected tutors that goes with their own before professional and professional training.
