The corporate training and the role of personnel clerk

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podnikové vzdělávání a role personalisty v něm. Teoretická část se věnuje teoretickému vymezení podnikového vzdělávání včetně jeho cílů, oblastí a systému. Dále bakalářská práce rozpracovává personální práci, její strategie a hlavní úkoly. Stěžejní část Role personalisty v podnikovém vzdělávání se zabývá propojením získaných informací z předešlých kapitol teoretické části za pomoci uvedených zdrojů. Empirická část se věnuje roli personalisty při identifikaci vzdělávacích potřeb, plánování a realizaci vzdělávání zaměstnanců a vyhodnocování výsledků vzdělávání v reálné organizaci IQ Roma servis. Bakalářská práce si dává za cíl zodpovědět základní otázku: Jaká je role personalisty v podnikovém vzdělávání? Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění a následné popsání role personalisty v jednotlivých fázích podnikového vzdělávání v IQ Romě servisu. Metodami sběru dat byly polostrukturovaný rozhovor, pozorování a analýza souvisejících dokumentů, které při analýze získaných dat vyústily v závěry propojující teoretické poznatky a praxe.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on corporate training and the role of personnel clerk in it. The theoretical part solves the definition of business education including it´s objectives, sections and system. In addition, this bachelor thesis develops the personnel work, it´s strategies and main tasks. The major part of the role of personnel clerk in the corporate education, deals with linking of gathered informations from previous chapters of the theoretical part using specified resources. The practical part explains the role of the personnel clerk during the identification of education needs, planning and realization of employees education and evaluation of the education´s results in real organization IQ Roma Servis. This bachelor thesis has the intention of answering the primary answer: What is the role of personnel clerk in the corporate training? The intention this bachelor thesis is finding of role of the personnel clerk in the individual periods of the corporate training in IQ Roma Servis. Methods used for information gathering were semi-structured interview, observation and analysis of relevant documents. This analysis results in the combination of theoretical knowledge and practice.
