Mobbing and bossing at primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu a bossingu na základní škole. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé formy, příčiny, následky šikany na pracovišti, hlouběji pak mobbingu a bossingu, jejich prevence, možná řešení, přičemž není opomenuto ani řešení z pohledu zákona. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, zda se zaměstnanci školy již setkali s některým z těchto nežádoucích jevů, ať už osobně nebo zprostředkovaně.

Abstract:

The Thesis is focused on the problems of mobbing and bossing at the primary school. The theoretical part is concerned with the description of different forms, causes and consequences of bullying at the workplaces. It also deals with mobbing and bossing deeper, their prevention, possible solutions whereas the solutions from the point of view of the law are not omitted. The aim of research was to examine if the school staff have already encountered with some of these undesirable phenomenon whether personally or mediated.
