Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje trestněprávnímu postihu materializované propagace hnutí potlačujících lidská práva a zaměřuje se primárně na analýzu trestného činu podle § 403, 403 a, a 404 trestního zákoníku. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the criminal law sanctioning of materially induced promotion of movements suppressing human rights and focuses primarily on the analysis of criminal offences under Sections 403, 403a and 404 of the Criminal Code.
