Assessment of motivational factors for the retention of professional soldiers in the service relationship

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce posuzuje řadu motivačních faktorů pro vojáky z povolání. Cílem práce je identifikace vybraných prvků v oblasti motivace vojáků a jejich propojení se současným systémem benefitů. Analýzou zjišťuje, jaké platové složky jsou pro vojáky motivující. Klade důraz na vliv výsluhových náležitostí vojáků z povolání na setrvání ve služebním poměru. Vymezuje základní pojmy v oblasti odměňování a sociálního zabezpečení vojáků. Vyhodnocuje hlavní motivační faktory v oblasti odměňování a zaměřuje se na zabezpečení vojáků po skončení služebního poměru.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s theses examines a number of motivational factors for professional soldiers. The aim of the theses is to identify selected elements in the field od motivation of soldiers and their connection with the current system of benefits. Through analysis, he finds out which salary components are motivating for soldiers. Emphasizes the effect of the service requirements of professional soldiers on staying in the service. It defines the basic therms in the field of remuneration and social security of soldiers. It evaluates the main motivational factors in the field of remuneration and focuses on the security of soldiers after the end of the service relationship.
