The diploma thesis is a proposal for a feasibility study of a specific business entity. To create the study, the theoretical part presents the methods and tools used to get to know external and internal environment of the company. Diplomová práce je návrhom štúdie prevediteľnosti konkrétneho podnikateľského subjektu. Pre vytvorenie štúdie sú v teoretickej časti predstavené metódy a nástroje využité k spoznaniu vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia podniku.
