Práce se zabývá tématem podnikového vzdělávání v rámci adaptačního procesu nových zaměstnanců. Teoretická část pojednává o personálním managementu, zejména o jeho několika specifických činnostech – náboru a výběru zaměstnanců, podnikovém vzdělávání a plánování adaptačního procesu. The work deals with the subject of the enterprise-based education within the frame of adaptation process of new employees.
