This thesis focuses on the onboarding process of junior Java developers in InQool company. Current onboarding state is analyzed and its optimizations are proposed based on findings identified in literature. One of the optimizations suggested is the incorporation of a preparatory bootcamp project into the onboarding process that introduces newcomers to the EAS internal framework and to technologies …more
