Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou efektivnosti rozvojové spolupráce na mezinárodní úrovni mezi dvěma skupinami států - členskými státy EU a zeměmi AKT. The thesis addresses the issue of effectiveness of development cooperation at international level, in particular between two groups of states – the EU member states and the ACP countries.
