Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je rozlišení převodu a přechodu vlastnického práva. Převod je založen na vůli obou stran převést vlastnické právo a pro přechod je podstatná jiná právní skutečnost než je vůle stran. Těžiště práce spočívá v popisu jednotlivých převodů a přechodů vlastnického práva a jejich právní úpravě (např. kupní smlouva, darovací smlouva, dědění). The topic of the bachelor's thesis is difference between two ways of transfers of property. One way is based on consensus of both contracting parties for transferring ownership and the second one is based on other legal fact (another then consensus).
