Tato diplomová práce se zabývá skončením pracovního poměru. Právní úprava skončení pracovního poměru je ukotvena v zákoně č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoníku práce, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, který plní především ochrannou funkci a chrání stabilitu pracovního poměru. This thesis deals with the termination of an employment relationship. The employment relationship is governed by the Act no. 262/2006 Coll. Labour Code, as amended, which serves primarily a protective function and protects the stability of the employment relationship.
