Bakalářská práce pojednává o plátcích pojistného na veřejné zdravotní pojištění, tedy zaměstnavatele, státu a pojištěnců (osoby samostatně výdělečně činné, zaměstnance a osoby bez zdanitelných příjmů. V úvodu práce je nejprve charakterizováno veřejné zdravotní pojištění včetně jeho charakteristických rysů a základních principů. The Bachelor thesis deals with payers of public health insurance premiums, that is employers, the state and the insured (self-employed persons, employees and persons with no taxable income). At the beginning of the thesis, public health insurance is characterized, including its characteristic features and basic principles.
