Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá psychologickou problematikou pachatelů a jejich vztahem k motivačním pohnutkám. Cílem je zprostředkovat vazby, které vedou k páchání trestného činu vraždy, a to z hlediska forenzní psychologie a jejích dalších aspektů. V praktické části jsem se pokusil pomocí kazuistik nastínit praktický model k teoretickému výkladu. Cílem práce by měl vést k hlubšímu pochopení a poznání psychologie osobnosti pachatele, a to jak ze strany laické veřejnosti, tak lidí působících u kriminální služby. V závěru bych rád vyjmenoval i několik problematik, které jsou neodmyslitelně spojeny s Policií ČR obecně.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with the psychological problems of offenders and their relationship to the motivational inducement. The aim of it is to mediate the links that lead to the commision of crime of murder in term of forensic psychology and its other aspects. In the practical part, I tried to outline a practical model for theoretical interpretation, using casuistry. Target of the work should lead to a deeper understanding and knowledge of individual psychology of the offender, both from the general public point of view and from point of view of people involved in criminal services. In conclusion, I would like to list several issues that are inherently linked with the Police of the Czech Republic in general.
