Family business on the example of a particular company

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení výhodnosti rodinného podnikání na příkladu konkrétního podniku Marina DOCK s.r.o. V teoretických východiscích jsou popsány poznatky, které se vztahují k rodinnému podnikání jako například pojem rodinné podnikání, vývoj, historie, význam v České republice a ve světě. V praktické části této práce je analyzován současný stav konkrétní rodinné firmy, její vnitřní a vnější prostředí a následné vyhodnocení rozhovoru s majitelem firmy, zaměstnanci a náhodně vybranými zákazníky. Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit výhodnost rodinného podnikání na konkrétním podniku díky získaným informacím, interním materiálům a zhotovených analýz. Dále vyhodnotit řízení značky rodinné firmy a marketingovou situaci v této společnosti. Navrhnout a doporučit určité kroky, které povedou květšímu odbytu zboží, kzvýšení tržeb a zlepší komunikaci se stávajícími a potencionálními zákazníky.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of the advantage of the family business on the example of a particular company Marina DOCK s.r.o. The theoretical background describes the knowledge that relates to family business, such as family business, development, history, importance in the Czech Republic and the world. In the practical part of this work is analyzed the current state of a particular family company, its internal and external environment and the subsequent evaluation of the interview with the company owner, employees and randomly selected customers. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the advantage of family business in a particular company thanks to the obtained information, internal materials and analyzes. Further evaluate the management of the family business brand and the marketing situation in this company. Design and recommend certain steps that will lead to greater sales of goods, increase sales and improve communication with existing and potential customers.
