Tato práce si klade za cíl provést analýzu právní úpravy řízení o přestupcích se zaměřením na specifika přestupků upravených v zákoně o účetnictví. This bachelor thesis aims to analyse the legal regulation of administrative delict proceedings focused on the specifics of offences regulated in the Accounting Act.
