Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje teorii vztahující se k řešené problematice, analýzu realitního trhu a povinnou přílohu. Prvních pět kapitol se zabývá: zákony a pojmy vztahujících se k oceňování nemovitostí, životností a opotřebením staveb, vyčíslením škod a zhodnocení, oceňovacími metodami, vadami a poruchami staveb. This bachelor's thesis contains a theory related to the problem, an analysis of the real estate market and a mandatory appendix.
