Práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatele v rámci malého a velkého podniku

Abstract:
Cílem práce je analyzovat a komparovat práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatele v pracovněprávních vztazích a jejich praktickou realizaci v malém a velkém podniku. Pomocí SWOT analýzy budou vyhledány a porovnány silné a slabé stránky daných podniků v oblasti realizace pracovněprávních práv a povinností. Následně bude provedena syntéza zjištěných poznatků a podány návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení.
Abstract:
The thesis analyses the rights and obligations of employers in labour law relations and their practical implementation in small and large enterprises. The SWOT analysis identifies and compares the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprises in the area of labour law rights and obligations. Subsequently, the findings are synthesized and recommendations for improvements made.
