Abstract:
Diplomová práce se soustřeďuje na rodinu Pivečků a jejich působení ve Slavičíně od roku 1860. Snaží se nastínit její původ a začátky jejich koželužské živnosti. Práce se dále zabývá jednak podnikáním této rodiny v oblasti koželužství a obuvnictví, ale i jejich činností ve veřejných funkcích. Abstract:
This thesis concentrates on the Pivečkas family and their operation in Slavičín since 1860. Its purpose is to outline their origin and begining of their tannery business. Thesis concerns as the Pivečkas family business of tannery and shoemaking as their working in public office. Subsequently it describes destiny of Jan Pivečka jr. and investigation of the family members after February 1948.
