Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pravidel rozpočtové odpovědnosti. Jejím cílem je demonstrovat dopad pravidel rozpočtové odpovědnosti na obecní rozpočty. V teoretické části práce je pozornost věnována především českým pravidlům stanovených v zákoně č. 23/2017 Sb., o pravidlech rozpočtové odpovědnosti, se zaměřením na pravidla regulující rozpočty obcí. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of budget responsibility rules. The goal of the submitted thesis is to demonstrate the impact of budget responsibility rules on municipal budgets. In the theoretical part of the thesis, attention is paid mainly to the Czech rules set by Act No. 23/2017 Coll., on the rules of budgetary responsibility, with a focus on the rules regulating municipal budgets.
