Stěžejní část diplomové práce se zabývá požadavky kladenými na cizí státní příslušníky, kteří mají zájem být zaměstnáni na území České republiky. Nastiňuje úpravu s tím souvisejícího pobytu cizinců na tomto území a vymezuje oblast použitelných pramenů práva na mezinárodní, evropské a vnitrostátní úrovni. The core part of my thesis deals with requirements for foreign nationals that are interested in being employed in the territory of the Czech Republic. The thesis contains an outline of legislation related to the residence of foreign nationals in this territory and defines the use of sources of law on international, European and internal level.
