Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na problematiku psychické zátěže všeobecných sesterpracujících na standardních lůžkových odděleních a odděleních intenzivní péče v nemocnicích Ústí nad Labem, Děčíně, Chomutově a Teplicích, společnosti Krajská zdravotní a.s., Sociální péče 3316/12a, Ústí nad Labem. Výběr tématuje veden mým zájmem o pracovní prostředí a specifika psychické zátěže sester pracujících napro mne ne tolik známých standardních lůžkových odděleních a odděleních intenzivní péče. Sama pracuji v ambulantním sektoru přes 20 let a v posledních letech jsem si všimla zvýšeného nárůstu zdravotních sester, žádajících vyšetření na naší ambulanci, z důvodu nespecifických zdravotních obtíží. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda má pracovní činnost vliv na psychiku zdravotních sester. Dále provést individuální a skupinovou diagnostiku psychické pracovní zátěže, vyhodnocení subjektivního vnímání psychické pracovní zátěže a případných zdravotních potíží vybrané skupiny všeobecných sester. Bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na získání odborných a vědeckých informací, poskytujících základ pro sledování dané problematiky v praxi. Praktickou část tvoří vlastní průzkum psychické zátěže sester ve vybraných nemocnicích. Průzkum je zajištěn metodou dotazníkového šetření s využitím standardizovaného Meisterova dotazníku, který slouží k hodnocení vlivů pracovní činnosti na psychiku pracovníků a dotazníku N-5, který je využíván k zjištění neurotických potíží pracovníka v závislosti na požadavcích, které jsou něho kladeny prostředím. Získané výsledky budou sloužit k posouzení psychické zátěže sester a možného výskytu neurastenických či depresivních potíží.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor work focuses on the issues of mental strain of practical nurses working at standard inpatient wards and intensive care wards in the hospitals in Ústínad Labem, Děčín, Chomutov and Teplice, which belongs to the association of Krajskázdravotnía.s., Sociálnípéče 3316/12 a, Ústínad Labem. The choice of the topic is influenced by my interest in working environment and specifics of mental strain of nurses working at standard inpatient wards and at intensive care wards, which I am not familiar with. I have been working at the outpatient sector for more than 20 years and I have noticed that the number of nurses asking for a medical examination because of unspecific health reasons in our surgery has been increasing recently. The main aim of my bachelor work is to discover if their job influences the psyche of the nurses. The other aims are to accomplish individual and group diagnostics of mental strain, evaluation of subjective perception of mental strain and possible health problems of a selected group of practical nurses. The bachelor work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part concentrates on gaining professional and scientific information, which are the base for the observation of the issue in the practice. The practical part is comprised by the specific survey of mental strain of the nurses in the selected hospitals. The survey is provided by the method of the questionnaire research with the use of standardized Meister questionnaire, which is used for evaluation of the impact of the work on the psyche of workers and N-5 questionnaire, which is used for the detection of neurotic problems of the workers depending on the demands of their working environment. Gained results will be used for appraisal of mental strain of nurses and possible occurrence of neurasthenic and depressive difficulties.
