The obesity of older school age students

Abstract:

V Bakalářské práci „Obezita u dětí staršího školního věku“ byla nejprve obezita definována, byly popsány její typy, příčiny vzniku a faktory ovlivnitelné a neovlivnitelné, které na ni působí. Dále se zabývala morfologickými hodnoceními obezity, zásadami zdravého stravování a výživou, možnostmi prevence a případnou léčbou obezity u dětí. V praktické části byly srovnány teoretické poznatky s reálnou situací životního stylu dětí ve věku od čtrnácti do šestnácti let. Ta byla zjišťována pomocí dotazníků, které byly sestaveny pro žáky devátých tříd. Na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření byla porovnána fyzická konstituce žáků 9. tříd základních škol, nacházejících se v obci, v maloměstě a ve městě. Bakalářskou práci uzavírají shrnující výsledky konfrontované s výsledky předešlých publikací a závěry z nich vyvozené.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis called „ The obesity of older school age students “ was dealing with defined obesity types, as well as described reasons of the obesity origin together with the influential and uninfluential factors. The morphological obesity valuations, the healthy food principles and the nourishment principles, together with the possibilities of the prevention and incidental obesity treatment for children were described and defined in this thesis as well. The theoretical and the real results of the life style of children of age 14 to 16 years, were compared in the practical part of this work. The pupils of the 9th class of the primary school were asked to answer several questions from the questionnaire. The physical constitution of the pupils attending the 9th class of the primary school, situated in the village, town and the city, was compared on the basis of the results of the research mentioned above. The bachelor thesis ends by summarizing the results confrontated with the previous publications and following deducing conclusions too.
