Effect of changes in constructions and maintenance of the buildings of the general value of buildings
Abstract:
First chapter of this Bachelor Dissertation focuses on explaining basic terms, important when determining property value. Second chapter focuses on explaining basic methods of determining common value of the building and defines certain coefficients used for determination of common value of the property. Third chapter constains elaborated model exmples for determining common property value.

Prvá kapitola bakalárskej práce je zameraná na vysvetlenie základných pojmov, dôležitých pri určovaní všeobecnej hodnoty nehnuteľnosti. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na vysvetlenie základných metód určovania všeobecnej hodnoty stavby a vymedzenie určitých koeficientov, použitých pri určovaní všeobecnej hodnoty nehnuteľnosti.
