Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla. Pro správné pochopení fungování tohoto typu pojištění práce popisuje historický vývoj tohoto pojištění a pojmy, které s povinným ručením úzce souvisejí.
