The bachelor thesis covers the issue of mobbing and bossing at primary schools in Prague. The aim of this work is to discover how mobbing and bossing is perceived in the working environment of primary schools and to illustrate the current manifestations of these phenomena, personal experiences of employees and their awareness of the matter.
