Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje charakteristice Českého piva, jeho výrobě a látkám v pivu obsaženým. Dále se zabývá parametry určenými pro hodnocení kvality piva a analytickými metodami, které se používají pro stanovení látek přirozeně se v pivu vyskytujících. V neposlední řadě je práce věnována i látkám, které výslednou kvalitu piva mohou zhoršit.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of Czech beer, its production and the substances contained in beer. Further, the parameters intended for the evaluation of beer quality and analytical methods that are used to determine substances naturally occurring in beer are discussed. Last but not least, the work is devoted to substances that can worsen the resulting quality of beer.
