Tato diplomová práce na téma zajišťovací směnka zpracovává problematiku směnečného práva se zaměřením na užití směnky jako zajišťovacího právního prostředku. The diploma thesis „The Custodial Bill of Exchange“ deals with an issue of a bill of exchange law with a focus on a use of the bill of exchange as a security legal mean. The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the institute of the custodial bill of exchange and basic related issues.
