Práce se zaměřuje na materiálový tok ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Popisuje skladové operace a možnosti, jakými s materiálem lze nakládat. Řeší efektivitu vychystávání správných položek ze skladu do výroby.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the material flow in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. company. Describes warehousing operations and material handling options. Solves the efficiency of picking the right items from the warehouse to production.
