Bakalářská práce se zabývá novou právní úpravou spotřebitelského úvěru - zákon č. 257/2016 Sb., o spotřebitelském úvěru. Charakterizuje nové povinnosti a pravidla, která byla stanovena pro bankovní i nebankovní poskytovatele a zprostředkovatele spotřebitelských úvěrů. The bachelor thesis deals with the new legislation consumer loan - law no 257/2016 Coll., about consumer loan. Characterizes the new obligations and the rules that have been set for bank and non-bank credit providers and credit intermediaries of consumer loan.
