Stress in Adolescents

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stresu u dospívajících. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici, fáze a projevy stresu. V teoretické části jsou také popsány rizikové faktory stresu v období dospívání, jako jsou tělesné schéma, vztahy s rodiči, vztahy s vrstevníky a faktory školního prostředí. Výzkumná část zkoumá míru stresu u adolescentů ve věku 14 - 15 let v závislosti na typu školy a pohlaví. Dále zkoumá, který rizikový faktor způsobuje vyšší míru stresu. Výzkum je proveden formou dotazníku.

Abstract:

This bachelor work focuses on stress in adolescents. It is divided into an academic and research part. The academic part focuses on the definition, phases and demonstration of stress. In the academic part, there are also described risk factors of stress in the period of puberty, such as physical scheme, relationship with parents, relationships with peers and school environmental factors. The research part analyses the level of stress in adolescents aged 14-15 years depending on type of school and their gender. Furthermore, it investigates which risk factor causes a higher level of stress. This research is conducted in a form of questionnaire.
