Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem dráždivého tračníku, jeho epidemiologií, klinickými příznaky a patogenezí. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a inervace tlustého střeva. Podrobně je rozebrána problematika diagnostiky a terapie syndromu dráždivého tračníku. V bakalářské práci je také pojednáno o výživových a režimových opatřeních nutných při léčbě dráždivého tračníku. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with irritable bowel syndrome, its epidemiology, medical signs and pathogenesis. Theoretical part describes anatomy and innervation of the large intestine. Issue of diagnosis and therapy of irritable bowel syndrome is analysed in detail. Thesis discusses dietary and behaviour modifications neccesary during treatment.
