Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá transparentností centrálních bank a jejím vlivem na fungování monetární politiky. V první části je definována transparentnost a pojmy s ní spjaté – nezávislost, odpovědnost a kredibilita. Další část je věnována měření transparentnosti a aktualizaci indexu od Dincer a Eichengreen pro Českou národní banku od roku 2011 do roku 2021. This thesis assesses central bank transparency and its impact on the functioning of monetary policy. In the first part, transparency and its related concepts – independence, accountability and credibility are defined.
