Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje založení odborné mamografické ambulance. Cílem práce je navrhnout projekt a definovat kroky potřebné při zřizování nové ambulance a jejího uvedení do provozu. Pro zpracování práce byly využity poznatky z oblasti zdravotnictví, strategického řízení, založení zdravotnického zařízení a popsán mamografický screening. Tyto poznatky byly zpracovány v teoretické části práce s využitím odborné literatury. V praktické analytické části byla představena nemocnice, ve které se bude mamografická ambulance nacházet. Projektová část diplomové práce se již zabývá samotným vznikem projektu mamografické ambulance. V závěrečné části práce byl projekt podroben finanční, časové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is devoted to the establishment of a professional mammography clinic. The goal of the work is to design a project and define the steps needed in setting up a new ambulance and putting it into operation. Knowledge from the field of health care, strategic management, establishment of a medical facility and mammographic screening was described for the preparation of the work. These findings were processed in the theoretical part of the work using professional literature. In the practical analytical part, the hospital where the mammography clinic will be located was presented. The project part already deals with the creation of the mammography ambulance project it self. In the final part of the work, the project was subjected to a financial, time and risk analysis
