Andragogy and The Phenomenon of Adulthood with Focus on Education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce představuje dospělost v kontextu vzdělávání, které je předmětem andragogiky v celé své šíři. V textu jsou vysvětleny základní a s tématikou související pojmy. Popsán je vývoj andragogiky u nás, její disciplíny a členění oblasti vzdělávání dospělých. Učící se dospělý je dán do souvislosti se specifiky jednotlivých fází dospělého věku a animačního procesu. Text se zabývá motivacemi a bariérami vzdělávání dospělých, které uvádí jako základní faktory vzdělávání dospělého jedince. V textu jsou vysvětleny funkce a význam vzdělávání dospělých. Výzkumná část se zabývá oblastí vzdělávání dospělých se zaměřením na preferenci sebevzdělávání nebo vzdělávání se ve vzdělávací instituci v kurzu, obecně a ve vybraných aktivitách.

Abstract:

This paper presents adulthood in the context of education, the subject of andragogy in all of breadth. There are explain the basic and related terms in this text. There is described the development of andragogy in our country, the discipline and the structure of adult education. Adult learner is conntextualize to the specifics of the various stages of adulthood and animation process. The text deals with the motivations and barriers to adult education as the basic factors of adult education. The research deals with the area of adult education with a focus on the preference of self-education or learning in the course, in general and in selected activities.
