Violent sexual crime in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce se především zabývá sexuální kriminalitou páchanou v České republice. Zabývá se jednotlivými mravnostními trestnými činy, jejími pachateli a oběti a zmiňuje tresty pro jednotlivé pachatele. Také se zabývá možnou léčbu deviantních jedinců a prevenci proti násilným sexuálním trestným činům. Práce také vymezuje jednotlivé poruchy sexuální preference a jejich charakteristiku. Abstract:
This work mainly deals with sexual crime committed in the Czech Republic. It deals with individual moral crimes, its perpetrators and victims, and mentions punishments for individual perpetrators. It also deal with the possible treatment of deviant individuals and the prevention of violent sexual crimes. The work also defines individual disorders of sexual preference and their characteristics.
