Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza novely Arnošta Lustiga Modlitba pro Kateřinu Horovitzovou (1964) a jejího filmového zpracování (1965), o které se zasloužil režisér Antonín Moskalyk. V prvotních kapitolách se věnuji životnímu osudu spisovatele Arnošta Lustiga, jeho inspiraci pro napsání díla a také některým jeho dalším knihám. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is the analysis of Arnošt Lustig´s novella Modlitba pro Kateřinu Horovitzovou (1964) and its film adaptation (1965) by director Antonín Moskalyk. In the first chapters I deal with Arnošt Lustig´s life story, his inspiration for writing this novella and other works.
