Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá politickými procesy se ženami, jež byly odsouzeny Krajským soudem v Ústí nad Labem během let 1953 a 1954. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, přičemž část první, obecná, charakterizuje politické procesy jako takové a proměny justice po roce 1948. Tato část je doplněna kapitolou věnující se popisu cesty vězeňkyně, a to od jejího zatčení, přes vyšetřování, soudní přelíčení a věznění až po následné propuštění a rehabilitaci. Druhá část, na základě dochovaných archivních dat, analyzuje činnost Krajského soudu v Ústí nad Labem v letech 1953 a 1954 a kauzy, ve kterých hrály roli ženy. Zvláštní pozornost je posléze věnována procesům se členy "protistátních" organizací, zejména pak kauze s názvem "Akce Lužnice".

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with women convicted at the District Court of Ústí nad Labem in 1953 and 1954. This thesis is divided into two parts, whereas the first one, the general one, describes the political trials as themselves and the changes of the judiciary after the year 1948. This part is completed with the chapter dealing with the journey of a female prisoner from her arrest, investigation, trial and imprisonmenst till the follow-up release and rehabilitation. The second part of the text analyses, on basis of the preserved archival data, the operation of the District Court of Ústí nad Labem in 1953 and 1954 as well as the cases of the political female prisoners. Special attention is given mainly to the cases of "subversive" organizations, especially to the case called "Conspiration Lužnice".
