Abstract:
Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická se věnuje syndromu vyhoření obecně, jeho vývoji a zvládání. Další větší kapitola seznamuje s domácí péčí a pro srovnání popisuje její fungování v České republice a v Německu, kde byl také výzkum realizován.
